Terms of Service

Breyvi turns a written description of a video into a finished video: it writes the script, selects the footage, records the voice track and lays the captions. You give it a sentence and a few settings; it produces a cut.

Rendering is not connected in this build. Briefs are saved and the studio is fully usable, but no video is produced yet. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that one will be produced on any particular date.

You may use Breyvi to make videos for yourself, for your employer, or for a client. You are responsible for what you ask it to make and for what you do with the result.

You may not resell access to the studio itself, present it as your own product, or use it to build a competing service. Making videos with it and selling those videos is exactly what it is for and is not what this clause is about.

In this build an account is a name and an email address held in your own browser. There is no password, no server-side session, and no way for us to sign in as you or to recover anything for you. Signing out clears the browser and takes your projects with it.

When accounts become real, you will be asked to set credentials, and from that point you will be responsible for keeping them secret and for activity carried out with them.

Everything you write in a brief, everything you attach as a reference, and every video produced from them are yours. Using Breyvi does not transfer ownership of any of it to us, and we claim no licence to publish, resell or train on your work.

You are telling us, by submitting it, that you have the right to use what you attach — that a photograph you upload as a reference is one you are allowed to use, and that a script you paste is not someone else's.

Generated video is produced by a model, and a model has no view about whether its output is accurate, original, or suitable for the use you have in mind. Two people giving similar briefs may receive similar results. Review anything before you publish it.

Where a cut is assembled from stock footage, that footage is licensed for use in videos made with Breyvi. That licence does not extend to extracting the clips and using them separately.

Breyvi is priced in tokens rather than seats, because the cost of the product is rendering and a three-minute generated film is not the same purchase as a sixty-second cut of stock. What each kind of video costs, and what each plan includes, is listed on the pricing page.

The free tier is one short video a month, at 720p and watermarked. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Tokens bought outright do not expire while your account is open.

No payment is taken in this build. The plans exist and the prices are real, but nothing on the pricing page charges a card yet.

The studio is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and to keep it fast, and we do not commit to a specific availability figure, because a figure published without the measurement behind it is worth nothing to you.

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. Where a change removes something you were relying on, we will say so in the studio rather than let you find it.

We may suspend or end access where the Acceptable Use Policy is being broken, where use is damaging the service for other people, or where we are required to by law. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you why and give you the chance to put it right.

To the extent the law allows, Breyvi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for work lost from a browser whose storage was cleared. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability is limited but not excluded, it is capped at what you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

When these Terms change, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Changes that materially affect what you may do, or what you pay, will be shown in the studio before they take effect. Continuing to use Breyvi after that is how you accept them.
